Utsaah (उत्साह) is a Sanskrit word that means inner enthusiasm, inspired purpose, and soulful motivation.
But more than a word, it’s a feeling.
It’s the quiet aliveness you feel when you are in flow. When you’re not chasing wellness — but moving with it.
We created Utsaah to help bring softness back into wellness.
To create a space where slowing down is not a pause — it’s a return.

Wellness entrepreneur. Mother. Space holder.

Kritika founded Utsaah as an extension of her own inner journey — from strength to softness, from external achievement to inner alignment. After years of building SK-27 Gym, she felt the need for a slower, deeper space — one that honored emotional healing as much as physical form.
Utsaah reflects her vision of beauty, balance, and grounded living.
Every choice — from the scent in the room to the silence between sounds — is intentional. And personal.
